A YEAR
''A Year'' is an eight page comic made for a university assignment. It's about my personal experiences and feelings during my first year living abroad, and it touches on aspects of travelling and following your dreams, but also isolation and nostalgia. This comic was drawn digitally on Photoshop, but the textures used were made traditionally with ink, brushes and pencils. The lettering of the song lyrics faded across the pages were also made traditionally by me. I printed this comic in the risograph to achieve the grainy texture and the vibrant colours that I love so much.
