Flavors are abstract intangible sensory impressions of food. You cant touch them nor see them, but you can smell and taste them. They are invisible and so we kind of forget about them and their individuality is almost lost! Invisible Flavors is a path in that direction, to Rediscover the lost individuality of spices. 
 
Department of Design, IIT Guwahati was the chosen venue for this experiment. Flavored steam (cardamom and ginger) was made to, separately cook food so as to give a completely different experience. A simple set up where people around were invited by the Flavor itself. Ginger and cardamom were in the air and people experienced something unexpected, simple yet novel.
