Plexus Puzzles
Corporative Identity
Plexus is a logo design and visual identity / website project for a game website.
The direction taken was a logo that would convey joy, diversity, variety, happiness, share and many colors,
the site is primarily directed to children and adolescents.

In this presentation I tried to document the steps taken to reach the final logo and itsapplications.

Starting with the first sketches, divide the work in three directions, essentially.
In this proposal the main idea was to represent two P's forming a piece of the puzzle.
In the second proposal only worked with typography to show the main principle of the puzzle that is the plug, the X is the main point of attention that this represents good fit.
The main ideia of third proposal was the diversity of children's games, variety, plurality, and many fun colors.
After a joint decision with the client we decided to continue with this direction, we believe it represents better the principles that Plexus mark intends to defend.
At the stage of refinement, I selected the elements that carry a meaning more consistentwith what we wanted to make, simplified by eliminating small pieces and dust.
Here now looking at the balance and proportion more interesting to have the logo vertically. The typography has also been improved in order to obtain a easy and fluent read.
Despite the applications of the logo and Plexus are essentially digital website, teaser,etc.; It works perfectly with only one color for applications with restrictions. Black & white negative and positive.
One of the last things I did this work was to define the color palette, I chose to opt for a neutral colored, even without much contrast in color. It is done in a palette based on primary colors with a more refined touch.

I got set up the items that form part of the logo in a square in order to use them as apattern, example of the pattern.
