“A” to me is the origin of everything; as the first letter in the English alphabet, it feels naturally like a start to me, and, with its external similarity to a triangle, a shape of a steady structure, it’s also my favorite English type. Moreover, of the various modal particles in Chinese, my favorite one is “Ah” with an “A”, so I would choose “A” as the subject of my type experiments, attempting to create “A”s of different tastes with different materials.
