This project was put together during a very emotional and trying time in my life.  The photos were all taken by me, then edited in Photoshop to create this surreal composite photo. The arms are mine, my two children and my husband.  They are reaching out to indicate my struggle with anxiety and loss. The lillies indicate that I had just recently lost my dear aunt and lilies were her favorite flower.  The black/blue water represents the love of fishing for my father in law who passed away only 5 months after the loss of my aunt.  The water is touching the bright green grassy land to represent that there is life after death.  And lastly, the floating roses. They are my mother's favorite flower so they are placed there to indicate that my dear mother is still here on this earth, but will one day have to leave me as well.
