I designed a fauxsaic of my hometown of Davao City, Philippines. My aim was to capture the essence of the culture of Davao. I used a combination of Mindanao weave pattern designs as inspiration for the tiles. A Waling-waling orchid is placed in the middle as it is the city's national flower.
