As a branding project, we were tasked to rebrand a butchery as well as to add a café/bistro vibe to it. The following depicts the process and the final transformation of this local butcher shop into an additional trendy café/bistro.

Logo Concept
The general idea was to create an "X" type logo along with a simple, clean layout that makes it clear what this business has to offer. As mentioned, the bull-shaped head was taken from the original to keep its authenticity. The colors of the logo were toned down and kept to a simple dark burgundy paired with white to give off this rich and minimalistic feel. Bari's established year is a significant part of the logo design because it shows off the years of dedication and hardwork.
