Bakuś - kids' fresh cheese - had 2 issues:
1) was struggling to differentiate vs. Danone's Danonki which equity was around assuring good bone structure (calcium).
2) was not able to introduce multipacks (which is the way that shoppers buy such products) due to round packaging
Ad 1) We introduced a new "Balanced development formula" that gave additional benefit to consumers: it would not only build good bone structure (calcium) but also increase mental capacity (omega 3).
Ad 2) We changed packaging to rectangular which allowed production of multipacks
Bakuś market shares doubled in Poland!
