Riche
Window installation 2008
In 2008, BDC continued the tradition of doing a window installation for Riche, lasting for a month.
This time we went into an elaborate story inspired by an 15th century illustrated calender, "Les très riches heures de Duc du Berry" (the very rich hours of Duke of Berry). The motifs were made to illustrate not a year, but 24 hours of the life at the bar Riche. Printed vinyls were made with a feel of old, stained windows. Glowing like a lantern, this hip bar now resembled a cozy, british tavern.
