Posters for a Cause
This project was for a school assignment to create two type posters for a cause.
The posters call to attention the importance of being a responsible pet owner and spaying or neutering your pet(s) to control pet population and help prevent strays.
The first poster creates a dark mood and the red stripe across the page calls attention to the message in striking contrast to the black background. The image of the kitten with the sad, forlorn eyes conveys a feeling of helplessness and a plea for help.
The second poster appeals to the viewer by showing happiness, a sense of bonding and friendship that most often comes along with having a pet. It conveys the message by joy rather than sadness.
