Spalife redesign

Redesigning Spalife
Stage 1: Creating mood boards, while studying many competitors. Paying attention to marketing strategies, logos, aesthetics, colours and labels. This part of the research was the most important one, we have create the most key elements, part of the research involved marketing strategies, tactics, and other non visual material.
Stage 2: Type research. This stage was based on the findings and deciding what elements were going to move forward to the new branding. Keeping in mind colours, Magenta is one of the signatures colours that people relate to when it comes to Spalife®. We have selected a variety of typography as base for the logo. here was a mix of serif, sans-serif and scripts / handwritten type that spoke to the new brand as a refresh and brand new.
Stage 3: Selecting the typography and rolling out some labels to evaluate how it reads, and how it looks like. On the top right corner we can see the old design and we can see the way we created they new look. A Cleaner, modern and sophisticated design that will stand out on the shelves. This stage was to determinate the best look for the logo and how interacts with the background, fonts and text in the label.

Stage 6: Once logo, layout and creative ideas for print and packaging. We have decided to print the final labels on a foil stock with a matte laminate on it to elevate that premium look and finish once people interact with the product.
