Deaf and hard of hearing people are different from the usual person, their world is filled with visual images. Gestures and body movements are be very important for them  - it is their way of communicating. According to statistics, in Russia 13 million deaf and hard of hearing people, and one child in a thousand is born with a hearing disorder.
