Typosaloon Poster Contests
Ragaszthatatlan szív (Unstickable Heart) was created for the 2009 contest Valóságos álom (Real Dream). Contains the lyrics of the song of Hungarian underground bands Balaton and Trabant from the 1980ies.
Digitális falvédő (Digital Patchwork) was designed for the 2009 Jelek (Signs) contest. Quotes a Hungarian – in my opinion mostly mindless – proverb: Knives, forks and scissors don't belong to a children's hand.
Jelet hagyni (Leaving a Mark) was my first candidate for the same contest. The title comes from Hungarian painter, graphic artist and poet Béla Kondor's book of poems published in 1974. The surrounding text is from the same book's forewords. The icons on the book spines reflect the contents of the volumes they appear on.
