In this prosperous city, most of the people already ignore the public transport in Penang. Before the people’s forgotten the uniqueness of this asset, I need to come out this idea to promote our unique transportation, which is Penang Ferry. I know that, Penang ferry is the oldest transport service in Malaysia. In Penang, it already became one of the iconic figure, some of the tourist came to Penang on of the reason is because of this oldest transport. Many of penangites don’t know and don’t understand what’s the situation now a day, and how the ferry came from. So, I came out an idea to publish this book to promote the Penang Ferry for penangites. If the citizen is not supporting Penang ferry, the PPC will actually shut down the service soon. Before they take this action, I hope penangites can support Penang property and keep it nicely, make it unique and continue create the history for our Penang Ferry.
