JOHUD Brand Identity

Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (JOHUD) is one of the oldest NGO's in Jordan having been established in 1977, since that time the have been using the same corporate identity which has started showing it's age now.
 
I was commissioned to create a new brand identity for the organisation, this started with updating the logo which presented a unique challenge in keeping the spirit of a 35 year old logo and updating it for an age where a logo has to work seamlessly between all mediums be they printed or digital.
 
This was done by streamling and modernising the form of the symbol, and doing away with the long name of the organisation and using the acronym 'JOHUD' instead.
 
This will be followed by a full re-brand of all their communication material and a brand guidelines manual to make sure the the JOHUD brand is always presented consistently.
