GAME DESIGN - Compartment Number Four

Here's a game I created falling on my second year in ESA-StLuc-Brussels
The teachers gave us the theme: an investigation.
This was not the necesseraly "someone's dead let's Investigate" meaning of investigative but I wanted to kill someone graphically.
My game is about a man found dead at the bottom of a bridge. He was stabbed in the chest and pushed out of a train. The man, Thomas Fengor, was not just a simple man : he was having sex with other people for money. And that's during those sex parties in the train that he has been killed. The gamer will play the policeman and investigate the crime.

---

Once again I designed the game and I thought at the usability of the game - but I did not code it.
This is the main menu.
After a video that shows you how Thomas Fengor died, you get this page which is the office of the investigator. By clicking the pictures "Scène de crime" - "Autopsie" - "Le train", you can start your work.

The game was thought as a click and play - you can click items but you are not sure you've gone the right way to open it
From the beginning I wanted my game to be special : I produced the pictures in black and white and I added yellow touches to point out essential elements. I wanted to use grey levels and yellow to create a reference to thrillers (books or films ).

A sad loss of my formation is that I've never been able to put a sound upon my creations. You can see that the things the man are saying are written and that they take one quarter of the page !
I used the courrier font because I wanted to give a look "old police report" to my screen.
