This project's goal was to create a poster to advertise the North Carolina State Fair. The fair in NC is very much about agriculture, its one of the big themes. I also know at the state fair has a fireworks show, so logically I made pigs fly. The flying pig in this design represents the excitement of the fair. The pig pulls the audience in, so the rest of poster I used to provide information like dates and where the fair is located and the fair's slogan. I used Adobe Illustrator to create this design. I created every graphical part of the design using the pen tool and shape tools including the NC flag. I made a background to that resembles a night sky to fit with the fireworks.
