Nanoscience and Technology has emerged as one of the most significant and attractive area of science. Nano scale research has revolutionized almost every branch of science such as Material Sciences, Medical sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Biotechnology, electronics etc. No nation can avoid research and innovation in this area of science. Like other countries of the world, Pakistan also needs biographical development in Nanotechnology. Keeping in view the importance of this field, Department of Allied Subject in collaboration with Business Incubation Center (BIC), The University of Haripur and the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) is going to organize the 1st International workshop on Nano Science and Technology 2018 (IWNS&T 2018) scheduled to be held on 30th-31st October 2018 in The University of Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The 1st International workshop on Nano Science and Technology 2018 (IWNS&T 2018) will be the first one of its nature in the region. It provides a premier inter disciplinary plate form for Researcher, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent research, trends and concerns, as well as practical challenges in the field of chemistry, chemical engineering and advanced material. We invite chemical engineers, researchers, scholars and scientists to grab this valuable opportunity which make the mile stone in this field. The workshop also aims to raise awareness about the efficient materials for the advanced technologies. Objectives: 1. To provide a gathering platform for National/International scientists researchers and industries to discuss and share advance in Nano Science & Technology. 2. To facilitate the development of Nano Science & Technologies that lead to innovation help solve many problems and improve quality of lives. 3. To introduce and share cultural diversities and natural beauties of Pakistan with the world. 4. To find following opportunities for students, i) Scholarships ii) Student exchange programs in the foreign universities. iii) To explore the opportunities in energy sector. iv) To enhance knowledge in Nanotechnology.
