When tasked to create an original comic strip within a certain amount of panels, I decided to use my own personal experience as inspiration and to send out a message. The pressure felt by society affects us all, for some even at a very young age. The boy in this comic, John, feels pressured and upset, he feels the need to wear a mask to hide his sorrows. But in the end, I wanted to show that every person can find something that they enjoy and that everyone has something to live for.
