The site is brownfield redeveloped located in upcoming neighborhood of Finch avenue and Altona road, Pickering, ON. The site is mainly surronded by town houses and trees. The design philosphy was to make a shopping mall which can also serve as community spot in upcoming neighborhood and also preseve the present site conditions.

The Organic shaped roof is high albedo roof which reduces cooling load during summer. The cantilevered second floor serves as focal point of the intersection.
