Visual Grammar: Circles, Squares and Lines

Unit 2
Final design outcome to be included in the Design Resolution submission: a designed book of drawings, constructions, photographs, observations, in three sections: lines, circles and squares. Consider the most appropriate format and size. Alternatively produce a one minute film in three parts that expresses the qualities of lines, circles and squares.
I have added sounds to my animation. The idea of sounds originally came from my experimentation with sampling sounds around the house including the following:
1. sounds of clicking glass bottle (Various sizes)
2. Objects drag on the table top
3. Boiling Kettle
4. Water Drops
Through the idea of sampling sounds, I came across a Japanese artist, Daisuke Tanabe who uses the same concept to create music. So I decided to experiment with one of his music in the animation. I thought the sounds did help a lot with the visuals, creating narrative and atmosphere. Pay attention to "Sub-Instruments", a lot of the visuals in the animation reacts to these "Sub-Instruments".
I also included experimentation with squares and lines and outro to the animation.
Please enjoy and press "like" if you like the animation!
