A school assignment about designing two separate book covers of or own choosing.
One of them should be illustrative and the other one should be typographic. This is the illustrative book cover.
I chose Oliver Twist mostly because I know the story well and
I find it interesting, but also because I wanted to read the actual book.
I was inspired by the famous street artist Banksy by making a silhouette that symbolizes Oliver's
dream of freedom and at the same time give it a dreamy, but rough street-expression which symbolizes the whole orphan and being in the street feeling.
