Le but était de créer un espace convivial pour y abriter une boutique de vente d'alcool et co.
La boutique est sur 3 étages avec un RDC pour la vente, un premier étage avec un canapé confortable et un deuxieme étage avec un billard.
Les tons sont noirs et rouges pour rappeler l'ambiance du Red Light District d'Amsterdam.
Les étages sont en verres pour laisser passer la lumière. Du RDC, on voit les étages supérieurs.
