This illustrated recipe is a personal project based on a lasagna recipe of my own creation. It's a new spin on an old family recipe using Greek yogurt instead of ricotta cheese. The "brands" of the sauce and yogurt are nods to the last names of the family members that created the original recipes. I have long admired artists who create beautifully illustrated recipes, like Susan Branch, because cooking and art have been big parts of my life. I'm excited to bring them together more often!
