Participants learn how to make four kinds of pastry, flaky shortcrust, rough puff, real puff pastry and sour dough pastry. The thrill of mastering this notorious difficult task never fails to bring a group together. 
 
Sitting down to freshly baked cheese straws, mini crab tarts, beef pie with tangy sour cream pastry and a rich fruit pie to round out the meal, all paired with excellent wines, is guaranteed to bring any group closer together.
