Haydn has created this editorial illustration reacting to Runner's World article, 'Could you be suffering from mental fatigue? Here’s what to do when running feels stressful'.
Working within his sketchbook first, he created a series of mind maps to generate unique ideas and compositions, working from sketchbook thumbnails and colour tryouts before committing to the final illustration.
The illustration was produced using gouache, watercolour and digital to edit the illustration.
