Mongoose Bicycles BMX Design | Mode 540
Working with the sales and product team, I was tasked with the challenge of designing a complete line of BMX bicycle models for Canadian retail. This particular model-the Mode 540 is the highest price point as it features higher end components. Having full creative freedom, I selected the frame paint/finish and designed the decal graphics. The result is a stand-out vibrant matte blue frame contrasted against green geometric on-trend graphics. The entire project consisted of an initial product rendering, sample/production graphics, shipping carton, owner's manual and hang tag. All of these supporting point-of-sale materials, I worked with the product team to complete. ©Kim Collins
I had the opportunity to design all 5 prince points in the Mongoose bmx bike program. Models are as follows: 18" Rumble, 20" Boost, 20" Wired, 20" Mode 540 and the 20" Crush. They are featured in the spring/summer 2019 Canadian Tire WOW guide. ©Kim Collins
