A Lounge chair, in a contemporary interpretation of the mid-century modern design language. While planar (being made of a sheet of plywood) the chair was engineered to flex and actually curves to your body when you sit on it, but returns to flat when you stand. This is made possibly by the cross-wing & relief-cut braces, designed to flex but not fail under normal use. Highlights include kerf cuts running the length of the chair, custom designed jointery pattern based on the shops tree icon.
