• S M A L L L A N D S •
Small lands are a kind of very small and thematic lands that i've tried in 3d. The biggest challenge was to translate the amazing concepts created by Yao Yao into 3D world. I also was inpired and created an extra land with my own concept. The color transition and the element shapes had to represent the feeling of the lands but it also had to remember the original concepts. So i mixed it and put everything into my style . That is what i got.
• L A N D 01 •
This land had to remember something like a big and organized garden. It is like an entrance of a secret and good empire. The bright grass and bright rock was important to show how clean, organized and safe this land is. The mixed green and blue trees shows how magical this empire can be.
• L A N D 02 •
Magic! This is the feeling for this land. The land 01 and 02 are part of the same universe. We can imagine this one like a magic and very important altar that holds a very powerfull crystal responsible for all the powers of the empire. This crystal brought the peace for this lands.
• L A N D 03 •
At this point we got different lands. This one hold a very powerfull secret. There is an wide altar. People don't know yet which kind of power this land has but the bright lights through the rocks shows that this power is up to be released. Hopefully not to be an evil force.
• L A N D 04 •
Part of the same universe of the previuolsy, we can see the exaclty moment when the secret power was released. We still not knowing which kind of power it is, but we know the things will change.
• T H E W A Y •
If you really want to visit one of these lands you may use this portal. But take care, some travels can be very dangerous. <3
• M A K I N G O F •
I selected some images so we can have an ideia of the creation of this kind of project. I tried so hard to use very low poly but i also wanted to make things a bit smooth, mainly the edges. So i modeled and beveled the edges to let everything smoothie. The color palltet also was very important to get the result the i wanted.
• C O N C E P T S •
These concepts were created by the amazing artist called Yao Yao. The fourth land was created by me. I got inspired in these other concepts so i wanted to create an original one.
