Task: Create a four part training media asset package for a Cat Cafe.
The target audience is customer service representatives at each cafe.
Media Asset #1: Internal Company Infographic
Visual perception strategies are used to develop an engaging infographic which invokes a personal connection for the employees, in a corporate environment, through the use of visual representations of complex ideas.
Media Asset #2: Training Proposal
A printed proposal completed in Microsoft Word where branding, formatting, and technical writing are used to create a recognizable, readable and organized proposal (a snapshot 3 of 10 pages below).
Media Asset #3: E-learning Module Prototype
This prototype is a learner-to-learner, asynchronous, online training module. Visual perception and learner engagement strategies were used to create a highly interactive and effective training media asset (click on the link below).
Media Asset #4: Training Package Video
A compilation and evaluation of all training media assets created.
