Two Trees Real Estate asked us to design a mailer for their Domino Sugar Factory property, which was sent to CEO's who might be interested in moving their company to the Brooklyn waterfront. Knowing these CEO's get tons of literature they would throw away without looking, we created something to capture their attention. We laser cut each recipients face into a bronze slip cover that housed the book. We designed and photographed custom photo-illustrations using all sugar / sugar cubes to help illustrate various stats about the building and neighborhood.
