I have been managing this website, plus it's SEO since January 2013. Traffic is up an order of magnitudes, search ranks and positions are considerably higher, sales are up and improving, UX has been streamlined and improved upon in multiple ways, and the site now has a switchable mobile theme which loads automatically on mobile devices.

 

Other metrics that have improved during my tenure include customer signups, email subscriptions, email traffic, bounce rate, time on the website etc. I also create the blog content, tools and utilities and news feeds.
