The kitchen of the Airbnb I stayed at in Birmingham. My host's name was Lisa and she was wonderful. She greeted me with a hug and let me play with her dog and introduced me to her house bunnies. She was very hospitable, and I would totally stay with her again. I think we could even be friends.

Julian Casablancas is a total legend, and it was so exciting to shoot The Voidz at The Mill in Birmingham. I’ve been to a few shows these past months abroad but I've missed the feeling of anticipation for seeing an artist that I'm really into, so it was really nice to reconnect with that part of myself. I also must mention how much I adore the way British crowds get into live music so care-freely.

I really, really enjoyed my time in Manchester, and I wish I could have stayed longer. Signs like this were everywhere; the city was buzzing with pride and love and life. I will be back soon.

Me and my cousin, India. She lives in Newcastle and I hadn't seen her in 3 years until a week prior to this!
These stairs were only a few flights high, but there was a mirror on the bottom and the top of the staircase so when you looked either direction it looked as if it was going on forever.
