We ventured into KL together for the first time. The 5 of us as a squad, we proclaimed ourselves brothers since college and we have stuck together ever since.

And there’s me.
Misfits, outcast, we skipped schools together and burnt midnight oil rushing projects, betting S-leagues, going for movies & babe ogling at town.
Those were the young and innocent days.
A simple voyage, done under $250, we took $10 bus in and boy is it a great 7 hour journey. We hung out overnight the night before so we knocked right out once cleared the customs.
We strolled across Petaling Jaya, getting lost in the streets, going for massages, and hitting the big malls.
The roof top bar was memorable even though its too dark for pictures.
The unexpected real highlight was the trek in Batu Caves, where we witness mother nature’s amazing work for the first time.
We had to get a guild and helmet for safety reasons and the darkness is beyond what I expected. Ommiting total sunlight, waving torchlights around that beamed lights out like light sabers.
And those limestones took my breathe away.
Here’s to us, young, wild and free.
