BITBOX is a 4th semester project from 2011. It is intended as a viusally appealing instrument for electronic musicians, but has also proved to promote collaborative music creation with children and other playfull souls.

 

The box has 16 pressure sensitive, light emitting squares that are used to make a sequence of notes. The music in the video is recorded live.
