Village in the City
—Gangxia Village& Nantou Village（Shenzhen，China）
It’s an interesting situation in Shenzhen, China that the prodperous city center and the disordered village exists together in the downtown within 1km. However, through the interview with the residents of urban village, I found the life of people are completely different. And I wish to record and maintain these cultural phenomenon before the disappearance of urban villages in the near future because of the rapid development of city.
