This was a contest entry on DeviantART, a promotion contest for Guillermo del Toro's new movie MAMA. I made a tribute to his past movie, Pan's Labyrinth. One of my more detailed works.

Changed the headboard design here, still working with shading/balance.

Sadly I didn't take any other progress shots of the Pale Man, that was tackled in a 3-hour straight stretch with a close reference. The princess pillow still wasn't added; also working on balance and colors some more.
