My ultimate goal as a designer is to join an international organization, particularly in the development sector, and work in communications. Fortunately, while waiting for my graduation, I got the opportunity to work for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Philippines as a creative content development associate. I had the chance to create materials for print and social media. It was such a fulfilling experience knowing that through the simple materials I produce, I become an instrument of change for the refugees and displaced families here in the country. And I'd like to hold on to this as my mission - to create change, one design at a time.
