These design were for a campaign to promote the Ministry of Sound Club in London. The brief asked for a set of tube posters that appealed to a male biased audience.

 

The phrase "work hard, play hard' was the inspiration for these images and the promotion slogan. However I switched up the slogan to 'play harder' to imply a stonger sense of fun and creates the image of an amazing experience. The incorperation of the hands represents the common imagery of a 'club' photo, hands are usually the photographed raised in the air when someones dancing.
