The Brian Festival

This project was made during my internship in Athens in 2016. Due to the shootings on the farmworkers on the strawberry fields in Manolada and the resulting mistrust between native Manolada inhabitants and the workers, mostly natively from Bangladesh or Pakistan, the major of the city planed a reunion Festival for both groups to get connected again and get finally in touch with each other.
He called this festival “The Briam Festival.“ Briam is a Turkish-Greek dish which contains colorful and tasty vegetables which is a synonym for how the major imagines the future society of his city, with a healthy relationship between all coexisting cultures.

The logo symbolizes, how the people in Manolada were torn apart and now will find together again in a beautiful shape and with a new combination of colors.
The logo is useable colored as well as one colored or white over color. Also, it is possible to be used modified, if needed, for smaller interfaces, such as on a mobile app.
The used colors are picked from a photo of the actual dish Briam.
