Children of the Internet, spectators of the modern war, victims of a massive technological change. Presence of terror. Mistrust in the future. An abundance of communication and at the same time infinite loneliness: we are constantly connected, but only through the smartphone. Do other peers feel the same way, or am I the only one? This essayistic textual work is based on personal life experience and casts an inward look at the traits, origins and causes to be understood under Generation Y. An authentic image this generation emerges through insights into self-doubt and past experiences in a romantic way.
