During the early months of my exchange at Bunka Gakuen University (Tokyo, Japan), I was lucky to witness an early spring and the blooming of Sakura (cherry-blossoms), something entirely different than the weather we witness across the hills and plains of India. For a class assignment at the university, inspired by the light, fresh and colourful blossoms, I chose to take the feelings and experience of that early spring, to create this ensemble.
