SEED // Promoting Healthy Eating

Seed is a non clinical health based initiative that targets four key health problems that are placing a strain on the national hospitals, especially in the aging population.
This initiative tackles the problem by assigning each diagnosed illness with a specific colour coded benificial food plan. The user will then be able to identify what food group will benefit his or her medical condition through simple and easy graphics laid throughout the grocers.
Introductory packs would be distrubuted to local shops, for individual implementation. These packs are aimed and educating the shop owner about how he can help those that have medical conditions.
Local shopkeepers would be used as an ambassador for the initiative. By doing this we believe that we could create many small and effective avenues for people to treat their illnesses with the help of their community rather than that of a hospital.
Simply and unobtrusively introduced to any store environment. Designed to catch the eye of those who either have a medical illness or would simply like to improve their overall health.
The underlying idea is to make 'the simple choice the healthy choice'.
