Qwickly Seminar 2018 was an event held by my work, Qwickly, Inc. This was an opportunity to have current clients and instructors who are interested in Qwickly's products meet in one place to discuss development and highlight our products.
Below are each of the components that went into the branding for this event.
Above are the name tags (placed inside the lanyards) that each registrant received.
Informational signage that people will see when entering the building (24x24").
Followed by another sign that leads people to the elevators.
This welcome sign will greet registrants when they reach the second floor. The sign is 24x48" and highlights the location of the seminar.
The two signs above are located outside each presentation room to allow guests to choose which presentation they want to attend.
The major element used throughout this event was confetti, so that Qwickly's 5th anniversary could be highlighted. Above is the front and back of the program for the event, which was created at 6x8.25". This way clients could have a smaller, more intimate program to hold and take notes in.
This is the inside cover and second page of the program; inside the viewer will be met with a quick introduction of the company and overview schedule for the event.
Each page follows with information regarding keynote presentations, guest speakers, a product advertisement, vendor highlight, and notes section.
Tote bags and wallet clings for the back of phones were also provided for guests.
Roll-up banners (3x6') were created to frame each side of the backdrop where the presentations were being projected on. The icons highlighted Qwickly's product logos. (When placed side by side the back image will display as one.)
Throughout the event, I also took care of the Twitter account so that I could use the hashtag and capture pictures from the event.
The retractable banners were also featured on one of our vendor's website, https://www.vispronet.com/blog/small-business-saturday-qwickly/, for their "Small Business Saturday" blog post.
