Careerly is a company that does coaching for graduates and undergraduates.  They have a wide pool of coaches that they use to help students prepare resume's, prepare for interviews, help network, and advise on student visa issues and generally advise on life in the world after school. The strategy was to provide a Monday inspirational email with slightly more content, while the "daily's" were more with just two or three topics that were much easier to digest.  Careerly had lot's of content to leverage for email and social media campaigns. The campaigns were pretty heavy in messaging and somewhat less invested in visuals or design.
