Three Acrylic paintings of realistic comfort food. A jam and peanut butter sandwich, beef burger and doughnuts to show the foods we love in a different and slightly abstracted way. A side and close up composition shows the textures and colours we don't usually notice, and placed on a mirror create a slightly abstracted and different view, exagerating the colours, shape and textures. Painted from my own photographs of the food on three 57 x 28cm canvases.
