Elaboration of a concept store at Rua Oscar Freire, one of the most luxurious streets in the world, in São Paulo. The store offers the experience of time travel and know the past of the brand; tasting of all types of coffee offered, in addition to those that have already been discontinued over the years. In order to gain access to the experience, it is necessary to use the member card, touching the card on the totem to the open door. The action aims to increase the number of customers loyal to the brand and reinforce the image of the Nespresso brand in the minds of consumers.
