The objective of this project was to redesign the cover and an inside page of an existing book. I chose “The Kite Runner” by Khaled Hosseini, as it was one of the most profound books that I’ve come across.

The final design that I have carried out is very abstract with each set of three lines leaning against each other, forming the letter K. The lines itself are like the kite strings and each set of lines represent the main characters and hinting at the fact that they are all connected in the story.
