Known worldwide for the original multi-adjustable ergonomic baby carrier, ISARA develops award-winning products in the babywearing industry. It is a Romanian

brand designed and manufactured in Romania.

 I helped define the aesthetics of ISARA overall image and also graphics. For different campaigns I created the concept and also implemented the graphic design for them. 

Responsibilities and Key Achievements while being Marketing Manager @ISARA:

• Prepared creative go-to-market brand strategies to deliver business goals. This included targeting, preparation, monitoring, and analysis of all marketing initiatives;

• Market research & analysis to ensure consistent brand identity and voice

• Coordinated online marketing across all channels ( social media platforms, email marketing, website);

• Coordinated offline marketing, influencer marketing - Ambassadors and Travelling program.

• Created out-of-the-box marketing materials. Changed the visual and conceptual direction of the brand

• Developed and sustained strong working relationships with the team and external stakeholders;

• Developed and designed products, and marketing materials;

• Analyzed and measured results of the rolled-out marketing initiatives
