The movement of kanji
This is a set of illustrations I did for the Connect Magazine that focuses on showcasing talented artists of various media's who are participating or have participated in the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme.
The series is called "The movement of kanji". Kanji is one of the writing systems used in Japanese. Since I am currently studying Japanese I decided to incorporate it in my illustrations. I wanted these pieces to evoke passion and interest.
